Tina DePaolis, PhD, LMHC, NCC, CAP, CCJAP, CRRA holds a PhD in Philosophy in Counseling Psychology and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor, Certified Addictions Professional, Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Professional and a Certified Recovery Residence Administrator. More than 30years of experience in the addiction field, as both a clinician and health care executive, enhances her leadership and expertise in treating this family disease.
As Clinical Director, Tina works closely with staff on a supervisory level implementing clinical treatment protocols and therapeutic programming while growing clinical, medical and support staff to meet the needs of the ever-changing addiction and mental health population. Her experience as a manager, therapist, researcher, public speaker teacher and trainer supports her ability to connect with audiences through lecture presentations
She has oversight of all clinical and operational aspects of addiction and mental health services and is also responsible for high quality care delivery of standardized evidence-based mental health treatment across the continuum. Her areas of interest include assessment and treatment of co-occurring disorders, personality disorders and quality patient care.
